    How are you?I hope you are in the pink.In my opinion,you should choose yoga because there are many yoga tuitor in this country than Zumba class.

    There are many benefit of yoga such as it can improve your strength,flexibility and balance.Other than that,it also helps you manage stress that you are having with your studies.Lastly,it can makes you many friends at the yoga class.

    I hope you are in the pink.In my suggestion you can Zumba as your activity to keep yourself fit and healthy.

    I recommend you to choose Zumba because i know you like something that is challenging.That is why Zumba suits you well caise Zumba need a lot of big movement that is very hard and though.So,it can burn your calorie and stay fit.Second,you can enjoy the Zumba by hearing song while you do Zumba so it more interesting and have a cheerful surrounding.Lastly,you can have a lot of new friend there cause Zumba oftenly in a group and it can release your stress by doing Zumba together.

    I hope you are doing fine. Thanks for your message. I would like to suggest you to join yoga. For me, yoga is quite easy compared to zumba.

    Zumba is a fast movement because it follow quick tempo of music. Im scared that you might get tired easily. Meanwhile, yoga is more focus to breathing and meditation. I found out that yoga is very relaxing activity and could give you positive effect such as improve your body posture.

    From what they said to me, firstly Zumba is a full-body workout because it’s involves movement of the entire body. From your arms to your shoulders and to your feet. Secondly, Zumba can burn calories and fat. This is suitable for you to keep yourself fit and healthy. Lastly, you will exposure to a social and fun environment since Zumba is a group activity. You can enjoy an improved quality of life with these combined perks.

    How are you? We have not reach each other for such a long time, i hope you are doing alright. For this topic, i would like you to join zumba.

    Some yoga classes are expensive and the steps are much more easier that you can easily watch a video and practice doing yoga at home for once in a while. Zumba are much more fun and hyped up. Since you love to dance a lot back in the days, you should join zumba classes to keep yourself on track with new skills. Lastly, you can also get much more healthier by being consistent with your classes.

    I think you need to take yoga class . This is because it is much easier for you to learn .     I really impressed that you want to start your new activity to keep fit and healthy. I suggest you to join zumba class since you like to dance and listen to music. Zumba class will use music when do its activity. We will move to the beat can help build our endurance after just a few workouts.Zumba targets lots of different muscle groups at once for total body movement. Zumba also will boost your heart health.

    Hello and thanks for your email. I’m also getting on well with my planning to keep myself fit and healthy till the end of this month. For the first week, i would prefer you to join zumba classThis is because, zumba is kind of relawing exercise. It’s only reuqires you to have a lot of energy and stamina to do zumba. Besides that, zumba will helps you to release your stress and clear your mind from any personal problem and after studying. other than that, zumba also helps you on practice dancin, gain confidence on the floor and much more.
